Service Description
Communications work is vital to a company's success. Onsite, I speak on Communication Skills in small or large group settings in a 1 to 2 day in-house workshop presentation format that includes individual and team interaction sessions to practice and utilize skills presented in order to address and correct miscommunication between employees that affects critical company issues. This training may lead to working in-depth within groups, or on a 1-on-1 basis to correct bad communication that hampers performance, innovation and growth within groups, between select individuals, or between groups and company leadership. In 1-on-1 work: I interview everyone involved with the goal to get all sides to define what's important to the company. I mediate conversations between opposing teams, coach and mentor them to voice concerns, talk thru issues and reach compromise. I work 1-on-1 or via group format from top - down (case in point examples: those who resent being replaced, outplaced, demoted; preparation for immediate or impending internal change) to accept, commit and develop gameplan for future success, to help teams avoid confusion as to who is - or ought to be - in their reporting structure, and more. In onsite or 1-on-1 cases, I schedule monthly onsite time in intervals of 2 to 8 hour session time blocks weekly (with 2 hour daily minimum) per group presentation or individual session, alongside email, text and phone support throughout the month to individuals and teams involved. Engagement time and scope negotiable. NOTE: calendar is for planning purposes only. All bookings must be confirmed via phone. Payment is via check in advance.
