EAP Behavioral Health clients typically are provided the first 3 to 8, in some cases 10, sessions at NO-CHARGE TO YOU based on your employer's *EAP contract * After those session have been utilized, here is the place for you to further explore why you feel stress, anxiety or depression around demands on your time, and how to find balance between your work schedule, family responsibility or energy you exert in your personal realm - whether a major life goal, new venture, hobby or individual pursuit. You may be a working woman / man, parent or business leader having trouble with difficult people, a problematic interaction with a colleague or manager, ambivalent about staying in a relationship, confused over fertility, uncertain about a career path, life purpose, job change, financial or legal situation, or home / life situation with questions and concerns that need solving. Perhaps you struggle with people in your life you'd like to say "no" to. A partner you'd like to change, or struggle to let go of. Whether you struggle with loss in your life, or are wanting to find your way back to love, these and many other concerns are able to be addressed using your EAP employee benefits. NOTE: CONTRACTED EAP COMPANY PLANS COVER A DESIGNATED NUMBER OF SESSIONS AT NO-CHARGE - after which time you may pay the listed *ADVANCED EAP* OUT-OF-POCKET RATE, or access your Behavioral Healthcare Plan for payment.
