Service Description

I work on an 2-hour minimum basis to prepare employees for the requirements of new positions and roles, team changes, promotions, or company reorganizations. My scope of work spans prepping upper management on adding employees, to debriefing valued employees before and after performance reviews so that they are able to effectively manage their emotions and actualize the experience. I act as a sounding board to talk through and huddle around key employees' challenges to allow valued team members to reach their highest state of performance. Together, our goal is to improve morale and employee happiness. Time allotment varies from once per month (minimum) to custom time and scheduling depending on client requirements.
