Service Description

I work on an 2-hour minimum basis to help employers improve their diversity hiring pools. My work identifies people of diverse backgrounds who have the critical skillsets, abilities and backgrounds required for either entry-level, mid-stage or senior and management roles who will enhance an organization's culture. It is my passion to assist enlightened employers to ensure they offer the welcoming, diverse workforce environment that today's technologists and highly skilled workers prefer, and expect.
